Lift up your heads, O ye gates!...and the King of Glory will come in.
(Psalm 24:7)
You are a gate for God to use to gain access into this world, a beautiful door for His passage. Lift up your head today...you are somebody!
Let the King of Glory come in to control your current circumstances.
(some adapted from A year in the now, Bishop Jim Swilley)
-------
So much of my seeing and hearing this week has been saturated with the thought and fact of God shining through us into the world, we His portal.
-------
There are some new comments from you guys the past few days that are great, so check those out, I made mention to some of you on those as well.
Erik, Lisa and Rachel...thanks for coming into this place..."mi casa es su casa"...is that right Everardo?
Thanks for each one of your words everybody...I can see that we are already changing the world, right here. Yes, the Light of The Father shines through...and yes, with the love of God we CAN change the world
Remember, God isn't just GOD...He is your FATHER, MY FATHER, and OUR FATHER. He will NEVER leave His children!
Look at the flowers and birds again, for your Father will take care of you to a much greater degree.
Knowledge

No one person was meant to know everything because then life wouldn't be
worth living. Plus, as humans, our mental capacity couldn't store all of
that info...

You are right. Each one of us is a gate for God to help other people. Its not a coindence to meet people is God. We are a gate for him to help other people.
You always make me feel better with your words. ¡Gracias seƱor! Thank you for having me over the other night! And yes you are right regarding, "mi casa es su casa."
Hey Karl, it was finally really funny to meet and experience Zachary the other night, he is really quite something and very very cute.
What a boy...as I told you earlier, he is very special to this world and I knew in the spirit that he has lots of gifts. Now, he is fun.
Good picture of Natasha, we will meet one day, I am sure. No rain so far today, so that is a good thing on this holiday.
You are very special to us as well Karl. You are a blessed man (empowered to prosper).
Shalom...
Oh, I menat to say the experience was listening to him read 2 of his 5 stories. What a hoot, and he was very focused and deliberate with his delivery. He was extraordinarily comfortable in his own skin, for a 7 year old, that is huge. Huge enough for him to be an actor. I saw a very bright and articulate young fellow with awesome ability. A lot of freedom was his.
Your sunshine is with you every day. Praise God
Hey Karl and beloved blogfam,
Just stopping through to wish everyone a happy Memorial Day and to say thanks to everyone who has or is currently serving in our armed forces.
Peace and blessings to all
Thank you Teezy, Everardo and Yve.
Love you guys.
I was thinking how we are really gatekeepers at the house of God because each one of us IS a house for Him and Holy Spirit!...a whole new meaning maybe to "my house is your house".
May the Lord make Himself at home in each one of us.
Teezy, thanks for your note about our armed forces, God's peace and protection to them.
Yve, thanks for the words about Zachary, truly encouraging...I have thought about signing him up for an acting group maybe...I think he'd probably like it.
In agreement with you about being empowered and prospering.
...the Lord is giving you His enabling, too. You have given much and I know there is much to come back into your lap.
I've been thinking a lot about freedom, and will probably write on that in the next post.
