SLOW DOWN!

Step out of the frenzied activity and rest.
Seize the moment, and do not allow the beauty of the life God has given you pass you by.

Re-prioritize and lighten the load where possible.
Simplify...scale down for the restoration of your soul.

Stop and listen to your spirit...and don't rush about decisions concerning your life.
Follow the path of inner peace and avoid making decisions under pressure.

ENJOY guilt-free and much -deserved relaxation, taking care of yourself first where you need to, so that you can be a blessing to others later.

LET IT ALL GO!-get away from it all (if only mentally) so that you can maintain perspective.

REDISCOVER the beauty of the world around you...the dramatic grandeur of the Creator's vision. Marvel at the magnificence of His masterpiece...let yourself cry out in gratitude.

LISTEN to what your body is saying to you and REFRESH it and nourish it and rest it.

I say that stress, stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, nervousness, heart trouble, and insomnia leave you... in the name of Jesus'.

Choose health and protect your right to walk in it.

Stop, look and listen...to loved ones...to children...to nature...to your Father in Heaven.
Take time to make the most of this day!

(I adapted this from A year in the now, Bishop Jim Swilley)

The other day I asked my son Zachary(who is 7), "would you like some cinammon toast?",
"no...but I will have a refreshing beverage!"

Enjoy the new tunes, and let your heart be merry!

Hey guys!...welcome to the comments. If you're here I really need your feedback when possible...it strengthens things here and will bless you.

I've left the other posts open for comment as well, if you haven't read some, please do so when you get a chance, I believe they will bless you...I also spent some considerable time on some. Thanks!...have a joyous weekend with family and friends, and if your mom is still around...with mom, too, even if by phone.
If not, remember her and the good times, in your spirit.
