Creating More Laughter

Julia Becker:
First, I have to understand the difference between laughter that causes hurt and laughter that causes delight. Laughter that comes at the expense of an individual ultimately destroys joy. It divides. It corrodes. It pulls apart. But laughter that comes from a common sense of enjoyment and delight brings people together. It’s the laughter of delight when Penny first pedals a tricycle on her own. It’s laughter that brings us together after William says, “I had a burp in my bottom.” This is the laughter that unifies and builds up. SELF-MEDICATE!

Choose joy and laughter today...for a merry heart does good like a medicine.

Medicate yourself with it...don't let your spirit get dried up. A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance AND has a continual feast.

Enjoy some laughter...release those endorphins to elevate you...feel encouraged...be enthusiastic with a good attitude. Be a tree of life...heal yourself and others in your world through your own words today.

Laugh as much as you breathe!

Well, I finally took a few more pictures and will try and get them up here this week, as well as more posts, even if it's just one quote...want to stay in touch with positive and uplifting information.

Today I was rehearsing parts in a play called "Color of Love", and I'm the white guy in love with the black girl and her daddy doesn't like it. It's got some pretty real stuff but also some humor too. Really needed the laughter today...quite stressed out.

In the restroom of the host's beautiful home I read the following framed quote:

Laugh as much as you breathe...Love as long as you live.

...sounds like good counsel to me. Have a great week everybody!
